The AV-L30 Ball Valve from Actuation Valve features a 3 Piece Full Bore Direct Mount Body Design consisting of a ASTM A351 CF8M 316 Stainless Steel Body & Trim. Valve sizes range from 1/4” to 4” nominal bore.
The isolation Ball Valve is fully maintainable and reliable. The centre section of the 3 Piece Body Design future proofs preventive maintenance schedules with a drop out section easily removed for seal replacements.
Available in screwed connections NPT & BSP the versatile and economical Valve comes with a WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) Certified TFM 1600 PTFE Seat which is also FDA approved. Low Torque requirements from the AV-L30 Ball Valve allow for smooth operation and reduce the costs of Actuated Ball Valves with smaller Actuators able to automate Valves usually demanding large units.
Direct Mount Actuation provides a rapid solution for Pneumatic & Electric Valve Actuation requirements available from stock for non manual Valves. All Actuated Valve Assemblies are Manufactured in house with out team of automation experts and all completed units come with a two page test report detailing all opening/closing times.
The AV-L30 Ball Valves are silicone free and suitable for on oils based paint products. Anti-Static Devices for Ball, Body & Stem aswell as ATEX & Nace MR-0175 approval complete the certified specifications for a Valve rated to 1000PSI/G.
