Hygienic Sanitary Tri Clamp-Weld OD Asahi Ball Valves

The AV-L91B0AS & AV-L9CB0AS form part of the sanitary and hygienic full bore actuated valve packages from actuation valve. This 3 piece body valve has a swing out centre section that is perfect for scheduled maintenance and seat replacements. The full bore body design and cavity filled seats create a free flow path that does not allow debris or contaminants to build up with temperatures suitable for up to 200 DegC steam cleaning CIP and SIS. Various approvals include FDA & Wras approved seats with a bovine free supply. The Asahi electric actuator has Standard end of travel limit switches which offer open and closed indication to detect when an actuator has reached its limit of travel. The standard limit switch is designed to provide a simple two position indication.
