No. You supply the existing valve body — we supply the actuator package and carry out the fitment. The only exception is if an inspection on receipt reveals that the valve requires reconditioning before it is safe to automate, in which case we'll contact you before proceeding.

The valve should be cleaned, fully depressurised, and free from process medium. We carry out a condition inspection on receipt and will advise if any issues are found before proceeding with the actuator build.

Yes. The Acris® PFA-lined butterfly valve is rated for vacuum service down to 0.0002 psia (approximately 1 × 10?² torr) and is used in semiconductor, ultrapure water, and high-purity chemical applications.
