The 20W3040BE combines a robust 6063T6 aluminium bodied pneumatic actuator and high quality concentric rubber lined butterfly valve from Emerson Bettis & TTV respectively. This brand new actuated butterfly valve package offers a more cost effective solution to that of the Hytork & El-O-Matic from Emerson whilst still incorporating the core values of market leading manufacturers. Pre compressed spring designs and an anti-blowout drive pinion ensure safe operation and maintenance procedures throughout the product life cycle.

The El-O-Matic range of actuators and TTV actuated butterfly valves offer a premium branded package for the 20W3040 concentric design. With over 3 million units sold worldwide El-O-Matic has quite quickly established itself amongst the leading global manufacturers. Their fit and forget principle ensures the total cost of ownership is reduced to a minimum. A hard anodized, high grade aluminium housing make this the choice of many for heavy duty applications. Dual stroke adjustments prevent premature failure and allows for easy on site calibration.

The Hytork XL series of pneumatic actuators combines quality, reliability and economy into a single actuated butterfly valve pacakage. Fail Safe Battery Backup option eliminates the need for use of the manual override in the event of a power or system failure to the actuator. Commonly used in critical application lines where failure is not an option. The Actuator will return the Valve to either open or closed position.
