Bronze Disc Wafer Pattern Actuated Butterfly Valves

Our standard corrosive resistant Bronze Disc Butterfly Valves are designed for corrosive liquids and gases. They are installed in corrosive plant or processes including seawater, water with chemicals, hydrochloric acid and sulphuric acid. The TTV range of bronze disc butterfly valves come with approvals from recognised bodiesÂsuch as DNV, ABS, LR and Bureau Veritas. The bronze disc valves are commonly used in oil and gas processing plants as well as marine. The Actreg Pistons are coated with special treatment for corrosion resistance. Backslash is avoided by a special tooth machining. The pistons have a 3 way guide for low friction between body and pistons. The pistons ara also provided with an integral guide machined between pistons and pinion. 

A combination of the TTV 20W3080 and Air Torque actuator. Currently our most cost effective option for sea water application where the external body is not exposed to the medium. The rilsan coated butterfly valve and anodised aluminium actuator provide external protection for most non aggressive external application factors. A replaceable valve seat and actuator rated to SIL3 complete a robust general purpose package that will go the distance and provide maximum life capacity. The Air Torque actuator is in field convertible should you ever require a change from the spring return and double acting functionalities.

Bronze and aluminium bronze disc valves offer a high level of corrosion resistance to mediums such as water and salt water. These characteristics make bronze and aluminium bronze disc valves an ideal choice for applications in which corrosion can be a problem. Tested within an innovative salt spray test chamber which is designed to test components for 1,000 hours in simulated sea water conditions (C5 Medium). The Elomatic Actuator has been tested by independent laboratories and shows no decline in performance. The TTV Butterfly Valve, with its concentric design and replaceable seat that takes the shape of both sides to form a perfect seal. This is suitable for use on either an off or throttle setting in applications where you want complete flexibility for temperature or flow.

The Asahi electric actuator features a thermally bonded powder coated corrosion resistant housing (Series 92) rated to Nema 4X with stainless steel trim. ABS Product Type Approved for use in Marine and Offshore Applications. Asahi electric actuators are provided with gear trains pre-lubricated at the factory prior to despatch. The specially formulated lubricant offers extended life cycles whilst also covering a wide range of temperature options for various ambient and operating requirements, as well as reducing wear. Motors used with the Asahi Electric Actuator housings are CE compliant and stamped for all 120VAC and 220VAC electric actuator motors. Extended duty cycles offer versatility to modulate high operation/cycle requirements, while providing sturdiness needed in harsh environments.

Combining the MT range of actuators from Max Air Technologies and TTV's 20W3080 butterfly valve provides an extremely cost effective automated shut off solution. The Max Air actuator utilizes the same body design and end caps for both double acting and spring return applications allowing customizable stock profiles. This allows us to offer large quantities on short lead times with all assmebly and testing performed in house. The compact and lightweight valve package has a non clucth manual override design and can be operatred without any lever upon power failure. Corrosion protection offered to C5-M (Actuator) as standard. Additional options include Profibus, Modbus & Fieldbus from the ROMpak range of actuated butterfly valves.

The 20W3080 combines a robust 6063T6 aluminium bodied pneumatic actuator and high quality concentric rubber lined butterfly valve from Emerson Bettis & TTV respectively. This brand new actuated butterfly valve package offers a more cost effective solution to that of the Hytork & El-O-Matic from Emerson whilst still incorporating the core values of market leading manufacturers. Pre compressed spring designs and an anti-blowout drive pinion ensure safe operation and maintenance procedures throughout the product life cycle.

A combination of the TTV 40W4040 and Valpes Electric Valve Actuator. A full CF8M stainless steel material valve with 316 stainless steel shaft. This particular actuated butterfly valve package is suitable for aggressive mediums and external environments with specific marine  application coatings on request. A replaceable valve seat and actuator rated to rated to IP68 complete a robust offering that will go the distance and provide maximum life capacity. The Valpes Electric Actuator offers fail in position as well as battery backup failsafe return for critical applications. Modbus-RTU & bluetooth versions are also available on a short lead time with CE, DNV-GL, CSA/UL & EAC Approvals.
