Which Gemu Valves Can We Actuate?

Metal Ball Valves — GEMÜ B22, B26, B27, B2F, BB0F

Flanged and spigot metal ball valves suitable for isolation duty across chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and general industrial applications. The B22 three-piece body (DN 8–100, to 63 bar, –40 to 180 °C) and B26 one-piece compact flange (DN 15–100, to 40 bar) both feature ISO 5211 top-flange interfaces as standard, making them directly compatible with quarter-turn pneumatic and electric actuators. The B27 three-way variant and free-shaft-end types (B2F, BB0F) are also supported. Pneumatic quarter-turn actuators are the standard choice; electric actuators available where instrument air is absent or modulating control is required. ATEX options available.

Butterfly Valves — GEMÜ D480 / D481 / D487 / D488 (Victoria®), 490, K410, K415, R470

The GEMÜ D480 Victoria® series covers nominal sizes DN 25 to 1600 in wafer, lug, and U-section body configurations to 25 bar. Body materials include epoxy-coated SG iron, cast stainless steel (1.4408 / CF8M), cast steel (ASTM A216 WCB), and cast aluminium. Seat (liner) materials cover EPDM, NBR, FKM, silicone, Hypalon, Neoprene, and Epichlorhydrine — temperature range –60 to 210 °C depending on selection. Top flange to EN ISO 5211. Pneumatic (D481) and motorized (D488) actuation available in normally closed, normally open, and double-acting configurations. Free-shaft-end types (490, K415, R470 in metal; K410 in plastic) also supported for actuator fitment.
