Which Hattersley Valves Can We Actuate?

Fig. 100 & 100EXT — Threaded DZR Brass Ball Valve (PN25) Full-bore, quarter-turn lever ball valve in DZR brass with stainless steel SS304 ball. Threaded ends to BS EN 10226-2 Taper (UK) or ANSI B1.20.1 (US). PTFE seats and stem seals. WRAS approved for use on hot and cold water systems to 85°C.

Fig. 100TH & 100LS — Threaded DZR Brass Ball Valve (PN25) Same body and pressure rating as Fig. 100 but supplied with T-handle operator (½" to 1") or lockshield cap (½" to 2") in place of lever. Suitable for concealed or commissioning-set applications. WRAS approved. Conforms to BS EN 13547.

Fig. 100YL — Gas-Rated Threaded DZR Brass Ball Valve (PN25) Quarter-turn threaded DZR ball valve with yellow-sleeved handle, rated for both standard and gas applications. Tested to BS EN 331:1998 for gas service up to 5 bar at -20 to 60°C; rated 25 bar non-gas to 100°C. Available ¼" to 2". NBR O-rings for gas compatibility.

Fig. 100C & 100CEXT — Compression-Ended DZR Brass Ball Valve (PN16) Quarter-turn full-bore ball valve with compression ends to BS EN 1254-2:1998. DZR brass body and chromium-plated ball. Rated 25 bar from -10 to 100°C. Available ½" to 2". UK taper thread to BS EN 10226-2; US taper to ANSI B1.20.1. The 116EXT variant features an extended stem for insulated pipe applications.
