What to Send Us

To specify the right actuator and process your free issue enquiry efficiently, please have the following information ready. Items marked as essential are required for actuator sizing.

Pekos valve figure code (e.g. Z14 TTTGV, Z34 SSSGV, ZRB34, ZGS14, K809, ZFGOSU) — confirms body design, bore type, end connection, seat material, and available actuator mounting interface
Maximum operating pressure in psi — required for actuator torque calculation
Maximum differential pressure across the ball at operation
Required fail-safe position — fail-open or fail-closed (spring-return) or double-acting
Control signal or supply type — instrument air pressure (bar), electrical voltage, or analogue signal (4–20 mA)
Hazardous area classification — Zone, category, and gas group if ATEX-certified actuator or accessories are required
Required certifications — NACE MR-01-75, Firesafe (BS6755 Pt2 / API 607 Rev4), or project-specific requirements
