High-performance Double Offset Butterfly Valves are designed for use in exceptionally harsh conditions with critical shutoff isolation and throttling control applications. The aptly named Colossus is available as a Metal Seated or PTFE seated design. Tested to function properly after just 1,000 hours of salt spray testing (C5 Medium). This is an accelerated test that puts the product under conditions much harsher than those it would normally encounter during its average use cycle. TTV Butterfly Valves feature an innovative disc design that greatly increases Cv values resulting in lower energy costs and improved efficiency with no sacrifice in performance or durability compared to other manufacturers valves on the market.

The BLX V100E Series is an Electro-Pneumatic control unit that allows the Actuator to incrementally adjust the Valve's position between the fully open and closed cycle.
