The V-Tork Pneumatic Actuated 3 Piece Premium Ball Valve with Switchbox combines a three-piece full bore stainless steel ball valve with a V-Tork pneumatic actuator and switchbox for automated flow control with valve position feedback.
The valve body is cast in stainless steel A351 CF8M with screwed BSP connections and a 1000 PSI rating. The three-piece design allows the centre section to be removed for seat and seal replacement without taking the end connections out of the line.
The pneumatic actuator provides quarter-turn operation using a compressed air supply in either spring return or double acting form, while the fitted switchbox provides open and closed position indication for remote monitoring of the valve status.
