Product Description

The V-Tork Solenoid Operated Heavy Duty Carbon Steel Ball Valve with Switchbox combines a three-piece full bore heavy duty carbon steel ball valve with a V-Tork pneumatic actuator, solenoid valve and switchbox for automated flow control with position feedback.

The valve body is cast in carbon steel A216 WCB with a 2000 PSI rating and is available with screwed BSP, screwed NPT or socket weld end connections. The heavy duty three-piece construction allows the centre section to be removed for seat and seal replacement without taking the end connections out of the line.

The pneumatic actuator provides quarter-turn operation in either spring return or double acting form, while the solenoid valve controls the actuator air supply electrically in 24VDC, 110VAC or 230VAC. The fitted switchbox provides open and closed position indication, making the assembly suitable for systems where valve status needs to be monitored remotely.
