Product Description

The V-Tork Pneumatic Actuated Heavy Duty Carbon Steel Ball Valve with Switchbox combines a three-piece full bore heavy duty carbon steel ball valve with a V-Tork pneumatic actuator and switchbox for automated flow control with valve position feedback.

The valve body is cast in carbon steel A216 WCB with a 2000 PSI rating and is available with screwed BSP, screwed NPT or socket weld end connections. The heavy duty three-piece construction allows the centre section to be removed for seat and seal replacement without taking the end connections out of the line.

The pneumatic actuator provides quarter-turn operation using a compressed air supply in either spring return or double acting form, while the fitted switchbox provides open and closed position indication for remote monitoring of the valve status.
