Product Description

The V-Tork Pneumatic Actuated Hygienic Tri Clamp-Weld OD Ball Valve with Switchbox combines a three-piece hygienic stainless steel ball valve with a V-Tork pneumatic actuator and switchbox for automated flow control with valve position feedback.

The valve body is stainless steel with a hygienic internal finish and is available with tri clamp or weld OD ends to BS4825. The three-piece construction allows the centre section to be removed for cleaning, inspection and seat replacement without taking the end connections out of the line.

The pneumatic actuator provides quarter-turn operation using a compressed air supply in either spring return or double acting form, while the fitted switchbox provides open and closed position indication for remote monitoring of the valve status.
