Product Description

The V-Tork Pneumatic Actuated Hygienic Tri Clamp-Weld OD Ball Valve combines a three-piece hygienic stainless steel ball valve with a V-Tork pneumatic actuator for automated flow control in food, beverage, dairy and pharmaceutical process lines.

The valve body is stainless steel with a hygienic internal finish and is available with tri clamp or weld OD ends to BS4825. The three-piece construction allows the centre section to be removed for cleaning, inspection and seat replacement without taking the end connections out of the line.

The pneumatic actuator provides fast quarter-turn operation using a compressed air supply and is available in spring return or double acting form, making the assembly suitable for clean-in-place systems and automated hygienic process duties.
