Gearbox Operated Carbon Steel Wafer Butterfly Valve
The TTV 50W3040 is a concentric, soft-seated wafer butterfly valve with a Rilsan-coated A216 WCB carbon steel body, a CF8M stainless steel disc and a 304 stainless steel shaft. This gearbox-operated version covers sizes from 2" (DN50) to 24" (DN600), with a manual gearbox and handwheel for controlled, low-effort operation.
The one-piece body has four locating lugs for easy installation between two flanges at intermediate points in the pipeline. Built for more demanding duties than the ductile iron 20W3040, it suits both on/off isolation and throttling. Choose from EPDM, NBR, Viton and silicone seats with PN10, PN16 or ANSI 150 drilling.
