Gearbox Operated Carbon Steel Lugged Butterfly Valve
The TTV 50L3040 is a fully lugged, concentric soft-seated butterfly valve with an A216 WCB carbon steel body. This gearbox-operated version covers sizes from 2" (DN50) to 24" (DN600), with a manual gearbox and handwheel for controlled, low-effort operation.
The single-piece body has threaded lugs and is installed with two sets of bolts, one for each flange. That makes it suitable for dead-end service and for lines where the pipe on one side needs to be removed for maintenance without disturbing the other, and the body design centres itself between the flanges. Choose from EPDM, NBR, Viton and silicone seats with PN10, PN16 or ANSI 150 drilling.
