The TTV Colossus 50LX4040 is a double offset (double eccentric) high performance butterfly valve with an A216 WCB carbon steel fully lugged and tapped body, a CF8M stainless steel disc and an F316 stainless steel shaft. This lever-operated version covers sizes from 2" (DN50) to 4" (DN100) and is supplied with a lockable lever. It is built to API 609, ASME B16.34, MSS SP-67 and EN 593, with NACE MR0175 compliance, and is tested to ISO 5208 / API 598.
Choose an RPTFE soft seat (-50°C to +220°C) for aggressive chemicals, vacuum, LPG/LNG, petroleum and ethylene, or a fire-safe F316L metal seat (-100°C to +500°C, BS 6755 Pt 2 / API 6FA / API 607) for saturated steam, gases, bitumen and thermal oil. The tapped lugs suit PN10, PN16, PN40, ANSI 150 or ANSI 300 flanges. For sizes above 4", see the gearbox-operated version.
