Ductile Iron Lugged Butterfly Valve with Lockable Lever
The TTV 20L3040 is a fully lugged, concentric soft-seated butterfly valve with a GJS500-7 ductile iron body and a Rilsan coating for external protection. This lever-operated version covers 1.5" (DN40) to 8" (DN200) and comes with a lockable hand lever that can be set at positions through its 0–90° travel.
The tapped lugs let the valve bolt to each flange independently, so it can be used for end-of-line isolation and dead-end service, and one side of the pipeline can be removed for maintenance or cleaning without disturbing the other. Choose from EPDM, NBR, Viton and silicone seats with PN10, PN16 or ANSI 150 drilling.
