The TTV 80WM580 aluminium bronze wafer pattern butterfly valves form part of our core offering of marine isolation valves with industry approvals including DNV, Bureau Veritas, ABS and an ISO 9001 Lloyds certified manufacturer. High quality materials include a B148 C9500 body and disc with Monel K500 shaft. Visual and feedback limit switch monitors can also be added with a customised bracket assembly. Limit switch monitors are available with both thermoplastic and stainless steel corrosion resistance housings.

The quarter turn action offers quick opening or closing with ease of operation and the valve has good flow control characteristics. In the wide open position, the only obstruction to flow is that due to the thickness of the disk, so the pressure drop across the valve is small.
