Gearbox Operated Ductile Iron Double Flanged Butterfly Valve
The TTV 20H3040 is a double flanged butterfly valve with a single-piece GJS500-7 ductile iron body and a flange at each end, giving greater resistance for dead-end service. This gearbox-operated version covers sizes from 2" (DN50) to 24" (DN600), with a manual gearbox and handwheel for controlled, low-effort operation.
Its face-to-face dimensions are designed to international standards, making it interchangeable with many existing butterfly valves and even some gate valves when replacing a valve in the line. Hand-polished, streamlined discs give a high flow coefficient (Cv). Choose from EPDM, NBR, Viton and silicone seats with PN10, PN16 or ANSI 150 drilling.
