Ductile Iron Wafer Butterfly Valve with Lockable Lever
The TTV 20W3040 is a concentric, soft-seated wafer butterfly valve with a GJS500-7 ductile iron body, a CF8M stainless steel disc and a replaceable rubber seat liner. This lever-operated version covers sizes from 1.5" (DN40) to 8" (DN200). It comes with a lockable lever and a Top Notch lock plate that holds the disc at set positions through its travel.
The body has a Rilsan coating to protect against external weathering. Only the disc and seat touch the line media, and the "dry shaft" design keeps fluid away from the shaft and body. The wafer pattern clamps between two pipeline flanges, so the valve is compact, light and quick to install. That makes it a practical choice for general isolation and flow control on water, air, oil and many other industrial services.
