PTFE Lined Wafer Butterfly Valve with Lever
The TTV 20WP4040F0T is a concentric wafer butterfly valve with a GJS500-7 ductile iron body, a non-toxic PTFE lining and a coated disc, giving a zero-leakage, bi-directional seal. The PTFE seat and coated disc are FDA approved. This lever-operated version covers 1.5" (DN40) to 6" (DN150).
The PTFE-lined wetted parts suit highly chemically resistant duties as well as food and beverage, pharmaceutical and consumer health manufacturing. The wafer body fits between two flanges, with guide lugs to help alignment during installation. Choose PN10, PN16 or ANSI 150 drilling (ANSI 150 is not offered at 5").
