Gearbox Operated PTFE Lined Lugged Butterfly Valve
The TTV 20LP4040F0T is a fully PTFE-lined, fully lugged butterfly valve with a GJS500-7 ductile iron body, suitable for almost any chemical application at working temperatures up to 200°C (pressure dependent). The PTFE lining is FDA approved. This gearbox-operated version covers 2" (DN50) to 12" (DN300), where a manual gearbox is supplied as standard.
Tapped, threaded lugs allow end-of-line isolation, with the downstream pipeline removable for maintenance. Low-torque operation reduces friction on the seat and disc, giving longer service life. Choose PN10, PN16 or ANSI 150 drilling.
