PTFE Seat Stainless Steel Wafer Butterfly Valve with Lever
The TTV 40WP4040F0 is a wafer butterfly valve with a CF8M stainless steel body and an FDA-approved PTFE seat, giving leak-tight shut-off for chemical, abrasive and food-grade pipelines. Working temperatures reach up to 200°C depending on fluid and pressure. This lever-operated version covers 1.5" (DN40) to 6" (DN150).
Face-to-face dimensions conform to ISO 5752 Short Series 20, BS 5155 and DIN 3202 Part 3, and the wafer body installs easily between two flanges using guide lugs at the top and bottom of the valve. Choose PN10, PN16 or ANSI 150 drilling.
