PTFE Seat Wafer Butterfly Valve with Lever
The TTV 20WP4040F0 is a wafer butterfly valve with a GJS500-7 ductile iron body and an FDA-approved PTFE seat. Compared with a rubber-lined soft-seat valve it offers higher pressure and temperature ratings and greater resistance to chemicals and abrasion. This lever-operated version covers 1.5" (DN40) to 6" (DN150).
The split body design makes future maintenance straightforward, with replacement seats readily available. That is particularly useful on abrasive media, where replacing the seat is more cost-effective than replacing the whole valve. Choose PN10, PN16 or ANSI 150 drilling.
