Gearbox Operated PTFE Seat Lugged Butterfly Valve
The TTV 20LP4040F0 is a fully lugged butterfly valve with a GJS500-7 ductile iron body, a CF8M stainless steel disc and an FDA-approved PTFE seat. Part of TTV's high-performance concentric range, it handles higher pressures and temperatures than standard rubber-lined valves without the cost of a double or triple offset design. This gearbox-operated version covers 2" (DN50) to 12" (DN300), with a manual gearbox and handwheel.
The fully lugged body gives secure dead-end and end-of-line isolation, and the CF8M disc is available in a cast or polished finish to suit the application. Choose PN10, PN16 or ANSI 150 drilling.
