The TTV 80LM580 is a concentric, soft-seated fully lugged marine butterfly valve with a B148 C95800 aluminium bronze body and disc and a Monel K500 shaft. This gearbox-operated version covers 2" (DN50) to 12" (DN300) and is supplied with a manual gearbox and handwheel. The manufacturer holds DNV, Bureau Veritas and ABS marine approvals and is ISO 9001 Lloyds certified, and 3.1 material certification is available at no extra cost.
Aluminium bronze resists some of the most corrosive environments, making this valve well suited to sea water, fire protection, desalination and ballast systems. The threaded lugs bolt to each flange separately and help the valve self-centre during installation. Choose from EPDM, High Temperature EPDM, NBR Buna, Viton, Silicone, Food Silicone or High Temperature Silicone seats, with PN10, PN16 or ANSI 150 drilling.
