The TTV 20L3080 is a concentric, soft-seated fully lugged butterfly valve with a Rilsan-coated GJS500-7 ductile iron body and a corrosion-resistant bronze disc. This gearbox-operated version covers 2" (DN50) to 12" (DN300) and is supplied with a manual gearbox and handwheel. The dry shaft design keeps the line media away from the shaft and body.
It is an economical choice for sea water isolation and other corrosive liquids and gases in non-corrosive external environments, and with an NBR Buna seat it is commonly used on natural gas. Threaded lugs bolt to each flange separately. Choose from EPDM, High Temperature EPDM, NBR Buna, Viton, Silicone, Food Silicone or High Temperature Silicone seats, with PN10, PN16 or ANSI 150 drilling.
