The TTV 40L4040 is a concentric, soft-seated fully lugged butterfly valve with a CF8M (316) stainless steel body and disc. This gearbox-operated version covers sizes from 2" (DN50) to 24" (DN600) and is supplied with a manual gearbox and handwheel. All units come with 3.1 material certification at no extra cost.
The complete stainless steel build gives end-of-line service capability and external corrosion resistance, and the threaded bolt holes give a secure installation. It is widely used in the chemical, petrochemical and process industries. Choose from EPDM, High Temperature EPDM, NBR Buna, Viton, Silicone, Food Silicone or High Temperature Silicone seats, with PN10, PN16 or ANSI 150 drilling.
