Device Function

The RCM Rotary Compact Module operates using two double-acting pistons. These pistons transfer force synchronously to the ball-bearing pinion through rack elements. Customers can select from two configurations for the end position system, which allows for angle adjustments: one featuring an elastic end cushioning element, and another equipped with a hydraulic end cushioning element. Optional enhancements include versions with built-in air ducts and an integrated intermediate position.


To maintain the RCM Rotary Compact Module effectively, regularly inspect it for wear and tear, especially on moving parts like pistons and pinions, and ensure all components are securely fastened. Adequate lubrication is crucial to prevent friction and wear, using the manufacturer-recommended lubricant. Keep the module clean from dust, debris, and other contaminants.
