For Ex db Prefix "NF/WSNF/WSCR" enclosures, a 1/2" NPT threaded entry hole is provided, with M20 x 1.5 (prefix "ET") available as an option, although cable glands are not included. Additionally, all DC solenoids with metal enclosures come equipped with switch-off peak voltage suppression diodes. To meet the requirements of IEC 61508 (SIL), the valves must be fitted with a specific exhaust protector, as illustrated on page 6, or an equivalent alternative.
