The AV LITE® Electric Actuators, featuring Torque Outputs of up to 40NM, are versatile units available in standalone configurations. They are equipped with Direct Mount capabilities designed for ISO 5211 Valves, and are offered in 110VAC, 230VAC, and 24VDC options. Constructed with a durable Nylon housing, these actuators provide an IP67 rating for both Waterproof and Dustproof properties, along with resistance to heat, acid, and alkali. The compact motor is energy-efficient and compatible with a wide range of small bore ball valves, incorporating internal overheating protection. Additionally, all models provide consistent mechanical and visual position indication on the Actuator cover's top section, and can be wired to a control box for signal feedback.

The AV ARES® Electric Valve Actuator has been developed over many years of research and development with the aim of solving many installation issues that arise today with valves and actuation. AV ARES® Valve Actuators comes with a robust manual override lever that provides a reliable mechanical backup in the event of a power failure. This safety feature allows you to switch between open and closed positions until systems or power is restored. A plug and play design accepts voltages ranging from 12VDC, 24VDC & 85-220VAC all from the same unit.
