The Socla WKB2 is a membrane solenoid valve designed for automatic control of liquid flow in water and industrial process systems. Manufactured by Socla, part of Watts Water Technologies, this 2-way valve operates using an indirect pilot-assisted mechanism and is supplied in a normally closed configuration. When the coil is energised, the pilot orifice opens and allows the main valve to lift, enabling flow through the system. When the coil is de-energised, the valve automatically returns to the closed position, preventing flow.
