TESCOM Anderson Greenwood instrumentation enclosure systems are designed to protect on-site instrumentation from harsh environmental and operational conditions. They safeguard valves, manifolds, and measurement equipment against climate extremes, dust and dirt, accidental damage, corrosion, and tampering, helping maintain long-term reliability and measurement accuracy in demanding industrial environments.
Built with a tough glass-filled sheet moulded polyester body and lid, these enclosures offer excellent resistance to extreme temperatures and environmental exposure. A fully sealed IP66 design ensures weatherproof protection, while optional features such as viewing windows and insulation allow safe inspection and operation without opening the enclosure, even in very low-temperature environments.
Key design features and benefits include:
• Glass-filled polyester construction for high strength and environmental resistance
• IP66 sealing strip for complete weatherproof protection
• Optional viewing window for visual inspection without enclosure access
• Optional 20 mm moulded isocyanurate foam insulation for protection down to -94°F (-70°C)
• External process and vent connections directly into the manifold, eliminating internal pipework and reducing leak points
• Base or back-mounted manifold options, removing the need for internal brackets or pipe stands
• 2" NB (50 mm) mounting collar for simple installation onto pipe stands
