The Watts LF009-QT-S 1/2" is a reduced pressure zone (RPZ) backflow preventer designed to protect potable water systems from contamination caused by backpressure or backsiphonage. Part of the trusted Watts LF009 Series, this assembly was commonly used in commercial plumbing systems, irrigation networks, and industrial installations where cross-connection protection was required. This model has since been discontinued and replaced by the updated LF009-QT-S-FS 1/2" version.
